Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned within 15 days from the date you received it.Due to the difficulty and high cost of transporting our tents, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (depending on the location, expect €700-1000).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or customized items

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kailop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
