Cancel the order after you receive tents:
1.We accept returns within 14 days for unused tents and unopened original packaging and will refund 100% of your order amount within 3 days of our inspection and verification. Due to the high cost of shipping, customers are responsible for shipping between two destinations. Any refund process will be refunded to your original method of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bill.
2.Kailop is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping. furthermore, payment refunds request may be refused if we do not receive the products or it was damaged in the tents return in the shipping process.

The Kailop Adventurer 2.0 hardshell tent is made of ripstop Oxford fabric and polyester with a waterproof rating of 5,000 mm, so it can easily withstand rainy conditions, and has UV50+ protection against most UV rays and sunlight.
