Making a tent
Our tents have a triangular design that offers better wind resistance and stability.
In terms of material selection, aluminum alloy was chosen for the steel frame and shell that support the overall structure. Oxford fabric and polyester were chosen as the main fabric of the tent, which are waterproof, UV resistant and breathable.
Hardtop materials and frames are cut and shaped, welded and assembled to ensure strength and reliability, and the parts are checked for symmetry and balance.
The tent fabrics are cut to size and sewn to the frame and secured with zippers.
