Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned within 14 days from the date you received it.Due to the difficulty and high cost of transporting our tents, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (depending on the location, expect €700-1000).

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kailop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Due to the high cost of shipping, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items between two destinations.

Refund Process
We will refund 100% of your order amount within 3 days after we have checked that the product is in good condition. Due to the high cost of shipping, customers are responsible for shipping between two destinations. Any refund process will be refunded to your original method of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bill.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
